Family Programs
Family Days
Bring the whole family to Rienzi for free activities during Family Day, held on selected Sundays. These afternoon events include hands-on art projects, scavenger hunts, and other activities inspired by the art on view at Rienzi. Learn more about Rienzi’s collection as you talk with docents stationed throughout the house.
Bastille Day
Celebrate Liberté, Egalité, and Fraternité at Rienzi every July. Enjoy a free afternoon of music, art-making, and tours inspired by France’s national holiday. The Bastille Day program also includes a curatorial spotlight talk about French objects in Rienzi’s collection.
Boxing Day
Rienzi invites you and your family to enjoy a few English traditions in Houston! Observed in Great Britain on December 26, Boxing Day is a holiday celebrating the joy of gifting and charitable giving. Participate in family-friendly art activities, enjoy sweet treats, and listen to live music amidst the holiday decor.
